Ordering Information
To place an order:
-Address an email to: Billw91@yahoo.com
-Make the subject line say: Portrait for [your name or the subject's name]
-Attach photo to use for portrait (please refer to Pic Tips tab for best results)
-State which style (Realistic, Impressionistic, Watercolor or Pop Art) *Realistic will be used if not stated
-Include any important information (which person, eye color, etc.)
-If requesting a printed portrait please provide size needed
-If shipping is required please provide your shipping address
-Send email
I will reply acknowledging your order and informing you of the total cost.
Payment details will be handled through email or over the phone.
I accept Venmo payments and Credit Card payments via Square.
Business with multiple orders per month will be invoiced and can also pay by check.

Because my portraits are completely customized retail orders must be paid upfront.
All orders will be completed before they are needed (when placed in a timely fashion). Please let me know your due date/time and I will do everything I can to meet that deadline, even on weekends. Orders are usually designed that same day. Digital files can usually be sent within a few hours of order placement.
I can also scan your original photographs for you at no additional cost. These can be sent to the address below.
